Chandra Mohan completed his graduation in BFA from College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram in the year 1987. He is well known for his works in graphic design, branding and applied arts. He has participated in many artist camps like Communal Harmony Painting, ACK Raja Memorial, Ragam Festival, National Tourism Week Celebration and Kerala Lalita Kala Academy. He has also participated in many group painting exhibitions like Tourism Week Celebration, Trivandrum 1982, Sree Narayana College, Punalur 1983, College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram 1987, National Tourism Week Celebration Painting, Kozhikode 2004, Open Eyed Dreams Exhibition at Durbar Hall, Kochi 2004 and Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy, Kochi 2005, Kozhikode 2018. He presently lives and works in Aickarakonam, Punalur, Kollam
